(Anyone have any recipes for carrots for thanksgiving? I can't ever seem to find a carrot
recipe that I *like*. sigh...)

We like "Happy Carrots".

Steamed lightly.

Melt butter in a saucepan, toast sesame seeds.

Add a little triple sec to the butter and sesame seeds, pour over carrots.
