Put this in a pita half & nuke til warm. Makes good omelet filling, too.
  • Diced low sodium deli turkey
  • Defrosted, squeezed chopped spinach
  • low-fat mayonnaise
  • Dijon mustard
  • Shredded Swiss cheese
