Again, no proportions, just ingredients (not trying to be secretive, I just cook by the seat of my pants and taste as I go).

Whizz this up in the blender:

Non-fat yogurt
Peeled, seeded cucumber
Avocado
Fresh lime juice
Fresh mint
Salt to taste
