Kasha Varnishkas

Kasha Varnishkas

One of my favorite foods!

Make kasha.
Make a box of Goodman's egg noodles.
Fry a chopped onion - or two.

Mix all together, add salt and pepper, chicken fat or vegetable oil.
Make mushroom gravy to pour on top, or open a can, or just eat without it.

Enjoy!
