Cilantro Pesto

To torture cilantro haters, and reward cilantro lovers, I looked online searching with "cilantro pesto," which turned up over 2300 hits. Much as I love cilantro, I'm not sure even I would make this first one:

1 (16 oz) package farfalle pasta
1 bunch fresh cilantro
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp wine vinegar
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
salt to taste
1/2 cup olive oil
