Homemade Raisins

When we lived in Phoenix, the kids and I would pick Thompson seedless grapes every late spring. Lots of grapes. Then the tedious job of de-steming them.

I would take 2 screens off the windows, arrange the grapes on one, cover with the other and set it on the picnic table in the sun.

They made the best raisins.
