Sue's Meatloaf

Sue's Meatloaf
1-1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef (chuck works well)
2 eggs
ketchup - about 1/4 cup
Worcestershire Sauce - 3-5 dashes
cracker or matzo crumbs
1 small onion
1 green pepper
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder (optional)
oregano (optional)


In a bowl, combine ground beef with ketchup, eggs, and Worcestershire Sauce. Add cracker or matzo crumbs until slightly stiff. Last, add onion, green pepper, salt and pepper, and spices.


Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how brown you like the top.
