- ground beef
- a potato or 2, depending on your taste
- a can of tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- other veggies if you want (peas/carrots/corn)
- onion to your taste (from none to a ton, your call)
- a couple cloves of garlic
Cook until it's the consistency you like.
Serve with fresh warm tortillas, crema, and arroz rojo.
