Dr. Lori's Bread Salad

Roughly chop tomatoes. (You have them in Georgia a lot sooner than we have them in Vermont!)

Add a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Chopped fresh herbs of choice.

Let sit in fridge overnight or a couple of hours.

Then mix with big chunks of Italian or French bread and eat.
