makes 12 cups
(1 cup = 2 Weight watchers points)
1/2 lb ground round
1 chopped onion
Brown these two in a dutch oven size pan.
Add:
1 (15 oz) can ranch style beans
1 (16 oz) can dark kidney beans
1 (11 oz) can shoepeg corn
1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes
1 pkg dry taco seasoning
1 pkg (small) Hidden valley ranch dressing
3 cans of water (use one of the bean cans)
Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer about 15 minutes.
