Garlic Soup (for when you're sick)

Garlic Soup (for when you're sick)

I make garlic soup when I am sick. Roast several heads of garlic, the more the merrier, in the oven, with skins on. (about 350ºF for an hour or so).

Squirt the garlic out, and puree it.

Put it into your customary chicken soup/stock.

Feel better.
